RR Donnelley was recognized with the Supplier Excellence Award from Abbott.

RR�Donnelley was one of 36 of more than 20,000 suppliers to receive this recognition. Winners were recognized for exceptional contributions to Abbott in 2009, and were chosen from more than 20,000 worldwide suppliers because of outstanding performance in supplying quality materials, equipment and services to Abbott.

2009

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. presented the company's Premier Partner Award to RR Donnelley for excellence in providing American Honda with a wide variety of labels that are used in its production processes as well as the Monroney labels that are displayed on all Honda and Acura vehicles sold in the United States.

RR Donnelley was one of 15 award recipients selected from 46 suppliers nominated by American Honda associates nationwide.

The Premier Partner Awards were established in 1998 to recognize suppliers who embrace American Honda's philosophy of exceeding customer expectations. This year's award winners represent excellence in a variety of industries including logistics, printing, marketing, consulting, training and much more.

2009

RR Donnelley's Roanoke, Virginia production facility has been Recertified with Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star Status by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). The VPP Star certification is the highest that OSHA grants and is awarded only after a comprehensive on-site evaluation and confirmation that the facility�s injury and illness rates are below the industry average nationwide.

On a global basis, RR Donnelley�s safety performance outperforms the industry average by more than 50%, as measured by the Bureau of Labor Statistics� Recordable Case Rates.

2009

RR Donnelley's Lancaster, Pennsylvania operation has been named as Best Buy's top performing printing facility for the retailer's 2009 fiscal year.

Best Buy evaluated their printers' performance each week on a number of dimensions, including precision of folding, trimming, registration, color reproduction and other measures of quality. RR�Donnelley achieved the best score in the aggregated results.

2008

RR Donnelley was selected by Wal-Mart, as its 2007 Offset Tab Printer of the Year, in recognition of work produced by the print professionals at our Charlestown, Indiana facility.

Wal-Mart's selection is based on stringent measurements of quality, on-time performance, ideas for continuous improvement, effective communications, and more.

2008

Description: RR Donnelley was named as one of the world�s leading outsourcing vendors in the prestigious �2008 50 Best Managed Global Outsourcing Vendors List� published by the Black Book of Outsourcing.

The list is built based on feedback from senior executives involved in buying outsourcing services and as such it�s a strong indicator of customer satisfaction.

2007

RR Donnelley was awarded "The 2006 Gravure Printer of the Year" by Wal-Mart. Presented by Wal-Mart's Print Team in early 2007, the award honors RR�Donnelley's Warsaw, Indiana production facility for excellence in product and service quality for retail inserts. The stringent criteria upon which the award is judged are measured on every retail inserts event.

RR Donnelley is named one of Americas Best Big Companies in the Media Industry category in the January 8th issue of Forbes magazine.

Forbes Platinum 400 list identifies the best of the biggest publicly traded companies in America. These companies are selected after a thorough review of financial metrics, Wall Street forecasts, corporate governance ratings and other public information. From this batch of 400 companies, Forbes writers and editors picked a best-managed company--one from each of 26 industries--not only for financial performance but also for leadership, innovation and execution. Over 1,000 corporations with $1 billion or more in revenues, using metrics such as latest-12-month and five year stock market returns, sales and earnings-per-share growth and debt-to-capital ratios were evaluated for this honor.

2006 LACP Spotlight Awards International Competition - RR Donnelley's Kielce, Poland facility (with the assistance of advertising agency Jason & Jason Visual Communications) won in three categories for a 3D pop-up advertisement in the 2006 Spotlight Awards International Competition, sponsored by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP):

2006

BRAVO! From Best Buy for Creative, Complex Direct-Mail Campaign. Cited by Best Buy for being instrumental in the retailer's design and implementation of a complex direct mail campaign. The award stemmed from Best Buy's decision to launch Personalized Marketing Engine, or PME, a new way of communicating with their customers. PME leverages data on what Best Buy knows about their customers and predictive algorithms to create customized, relevant marketing communications to individuals.
